Refund and Returns Policy 

At bulkliquidationcheap, we strive to provide high-quality liquidation pallets at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of liquidation sales, we have a specific Refund and Returns Policy in place to ensure transparency and fairness for all transactions.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the liquidation industry’s pricing and sourcing structure, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By purchasing from us, you agree to accept pallets in as-is condition, which may include overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, or refurbished goods.


2. No Returns or Exchanges

Once an order is processed and shipped, returns or exchanges are not allowed. All pallets are sold without warranties, and the condition of items is disclosed before purchase. Please review the pallet manifest carefully before buying.


3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

Wrong Pallet Shipped – If you receive a pallet that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Severe Misrepresentation – If the received pallet is significantly different from the listed manifest (e.g., missing high-value items), submit a claim within 2 business days.
Shipping Damage (Freight-Related Issues) – If your pallet arrives with visible damage, you must:

  • Note the damage on the freight carrier’s delivery receipt.
  • Take clear photos of the damage before unpacking.
  • Contact us within 24 hours to report the issue.

💡 Important: Minor defects, open-box items, or wear and tear are expected in liquidation pallets and are not grounds for a refund.


4. How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund in the cases mentioned above, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Email us at: jamesliquidation8@gmail.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – Order #[Order Number]”
2️⃣ Include clear photos/videos of the issue.
3️⃣ Provide your order details (invoice number, purchase date).
4️⃣ Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

💡 If your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


5. Shipping & Freight Claims

Once your pallet leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the freight carrier. However, we assist in filing shipping damage claims if:

✔ Damage is reported immediately upon delivery.
✔ You provide photos of the damaged shipment and signed freight documentation.

If the claim is valid, we may issue a partial refund or store credit, depending on the damage severity.


6. Order Cancellations

🔹 Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.
🔹 If you cancel before shipping, a 10% restocking fee applies.


7. No Warranty Policy

Since liquidation pallets contain a mix of new, used, open-box, and returned items, we do not offer any warranties on products. Buyers are responsible for testing and reselling items at their discretion.
